Three new menu items will be launched under the “Gut Health Meal Kit” series of “Kit Oisix,” offered by Oisix ra daichi Inc. and supervised by Metagen, Inc. These meal kits feature high-fiber noodles made using “Amuria,” a high dietary fiber wheat flour developed with the cooperation of NISSHIN SEIFUN GROUP INC.

The lineup includes fresh pasta containing approximately five times more dietary fiber than conventional products, udon with about 2.6 times more fiber, and Chinese-style noodles with about 1.7 times more fiber. Designed to support gut health simply through everyday meals, the new menu items will be released sequentially starting December 11.
