Certificated as Regional Biotech Communities

In June 2021, the Tsuruoka Bio-Community was certified by the Cabinet Office as a “Regional Bio-Community” that is developing distinctive bio-field initiatives depending on regional characteristics.
Going forward, we will contribute to the promotion of the bioeconomy based on the national “Bio-Strategy” and with the support of the ministries and agencies in mobilizing their policies and other measures.
