Metagen Therapeutics, Inc. announced that it has completed the third close of its Series B financing round, conducted between December 2025 and February 2026, raising ¥1.19 billion from a total of seven investors, including corporate venture capital (CVC) funds such as ASKA Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Canon Marketing Japan MIRAI Fund, MatsukiyoCocokara & Co., and Medipal Holdings Corporation.

With this latest round, the company has completed a total of ¥3.52 billion in Series B funding, bringing its cumulative funding to ¥5.46 billion.
