The Japan Gut Microbiome Healthcare Association, where Fukuda, CEO of Metagen, Inc., serves as Representative Director, has announced the establishment of the “Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Gut Microbiome Testing Services.”

These guidelines were developed through the activities of the association’s Guideline Committee, marking the first initiative of its kind in Japan to promote appropriate standards and practices in the gut microbiome testing industry.
