【Fermecutes, Inc.】 “La France Chilled Curry with Fermented Protein kin-pun” to Debut

Fermecutes Inc. will offer a limited-edition “La France Chilled Curry” made with Yamagata-grown La France pears at the “Ooyane Summer Festival” held on August 7–8, 2025.

This special menu item features fermented protein “kin-pun” and is released in collaboration with the “150th Anniversary of Yamagata Fruits” project. The project commemorates the introduction of fruit tree seedlings distributed by the Meiji government in 1875, which were first planted on the grounds of the Yamagata Prefectural Office.
