【Metagen, Inc.】 [Joint Research Results] Human Clinical Study Confirms Gut Health Benefits of Dried Brewer’s Yeast and Baker’s Yeast-Derived Cell Wall

Metagen, Inc., in collaboration with Asahi Group Foods, Ltd., has confirmed through a human clinical study that both dried brewer’s yeast and baker’s yeast-derived cell wall have beneficial effects on the gut microbiome.

The study evaluated the impact of these ingredients on the gut when consumed by humans and demonstrated their effectiveness in improving gut health.

The findings were presented at the 79th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Nutrition and Food Science, held in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, on May 25, 2025.
