“Tsuruoka Gastronomic Innovation Plan” Selected for the Regional Revitalization Grant Program for Local Universities and Industries

The “Tsuruoka Gastronomic Innovation Plan,” which was developed in collaboration with Yamagata University, Keio University, Fermecutes Inc., and other regional companies, and submitted to the Cabinet Office of the Government of Japan by Tsuruoka City, has been selected for the Regional Revitalization Grant Program for Local Universities and Industries.
