【Fermecutes, Inc.】 Participated in SHONAI Well Eating DAY

This event was held under the theme
“Thinking About ‘Eating Well’ Through Collaboration Between Researchers, Chefs, and Entrepreneurs.”
Participants enjoyed dishes prepared using ingredients from Yamagata Prefecture and local culinary techniques, while learning about cutting-edge research related to food and nutrition.

At the event, a Caesar dressing made with alpha-gelatinized brown rice flour from Yamagata University and natto bacteria powder was served alongside traditional Shonai vegetables.
