Malnutrition and nutritional disorders pose significant risks for cancer patients as they work to overcome their illness.
How, then, can patients maintain proper nutrition to help prevent these complications?

This seminar will feature two components: a lecture by specialists from the National Cancer Center Hospital East and Tsuruoka Municipal Shonai Hospital, and a tasting session that allows participants to experience practical approaches to nutrition.
