Ayame Osanai, Co-CEO of Fermectes Inc., which is advancing initiatives to build a sustainable new food culture and help address future food challenges, received the “President of the House of Councillors Commendation” at the 38th JCI Japan TOYP 2024 (Young People’s National Honor Award).

The JCI Japan TOYP program aims to identify “outstanding young people”—individuals who are creating positive ripple effects within their communities—across a wide range of fields, including the environment, healthcare, economics, politics, science and technology, culture and the arts, and sports. The program seeks to foster nationwide support for their ongoing efforts and social impact.
