The Institute for Advanced Biosciences, Keio University (Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture; Director: Kazuharu Arakawa) has signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Hakuhodo DY Holdings Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo: President: Masayuki Mizushima). The aim of the agreement is to create social innovations that solve local social problems in unprecedented ways and to develop human resources to lead innovations.
