Metcela Inc. (Headquarters: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture) has announced that it had raised JPY 142 million in Series C round led by CYBERDYNE INC. and CEJ fund, also joined by Nippon Life Co., Ltd., Sony Innovation Fund, and Rheazon Holdings Co., Ltd.. The total amount of funds raised for the Series C round was 1.87 billion yen, and the cumulative amount raised since the company was founded (including subsidies) was 4.6 billion yen.
