Metagen, Inc. has announced the launch of its new “GC-MS Metabolomics” service, which enables the comprehensive and simultaneous quantitative analysis of a wide range of functional metabolites produced by gut microbiota using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS).

This proprietary technology has been developed as part of Metagen’s R&D support platform, aiming to lower barriers to comprehensive metabolite profiling and contribute to the exploration of biological potential and underlying mechanisms in gut microbiome research.
