Funagata Mushroom Co., Ltd. announced the launch of a new product, “Ajimush” Mushroom Dashi Soy Sauce, developed through a collaborative research project under the Yamagata Prefecture Bio-Cluster Formation Promotion Program.
This product was created through joint research with research institutions in Yamagata Prefecture, including the IAB, Keio University, the Yamagata Research Institute of Technology, and others.
“Ajimush” features a rich broth extracted from the deep umami of Funagata Mushroom’s proprietary dried mushrooms, offering a distinctive and flavorful mushroom-based dashi soy sauce.
