Tsuruoka Science Park Festival 2024 to Be Held on November 2 (Sat)

Tsuruoka Science Park Festival 2024 will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the Tsuruoka Metabolome Campus in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture.

Nearly the entire Tsuruoka Science Park will be open to the public, featuring interactive exhibition booths such as biotechnology experiments and science demonstrations presented by institutions and companies located in the park. The event will also showcase tasting and sales of products jointly developed by the Institute for Advanced Biosciences (IAB), Keio University, and local businesses using metabolomics technology.

This year’s festival will once again include a special one-day talk session held in the lecture hall, a “Science Mystery Stamp Rally” throughout the facility, and a lineup of 16 food trucks, offering a wide range of attractions for visitors of all ages.

Advance registration for select hands-on programs has begun today, October 10, on the official Tsuruoka Science Park Festival website.
