Metagen Co., Ltd., which operates research and development support services and stratified product development based on the concept of “Gut Interior Design®,” has initiated a joint research project with Morinaga Milk Industry Co., Ltd. This research project, known as the “Kobe Demonstration Research,” focuses on studying the changes in gut microbiota and intestinal metabolites resulting from the consumption of Morinaga Milk Industry’s yogurt containing Bifidobacterium BB536, all based on cutting-edge science for controlling gut microbiota.
